So, I'm looking for an apartment. For some reason, this has begun to take over my life. I keep telling myself to chill out - it's not like I'm homeless or am about to get kicked out of another place. I really have as much time as I need, but I've become obsessive over Craig's List. I'm in a semi-constant state of thinking "must look at Craig's - what if someone is renting my dream apartment right now." Maybe it's because I'm only working part-time, and thus have plenty of time to obsess over listings and imagine future living spaces. It feels really transitional to not have a place where all my things are. My belongings are scattered all over the Twin Cities, which makes for equal parts variety and confusion. My displaced life should only last through the summer, my last chance at a transient life before I transition into academia.

Hi There,
My name is Jason and I am a property manager at Gateway Village Apartments in Delano, MN. I typed in "I'm looking for an apartment" + MN on google and your post popped up. Just want to let you know that we do have a 2-BR apartment available for $690.00/month. If it is just you moving in, you'd have to make under $33,000/year. Our building is one year old, and a very quiet, peaceful place, with many people from different walks of life. Senior citizens, single moms, married couples...if you are interested, would you e-mail me at gatewayvillage@frontiernet.net? Otherwise our phone number is (763)-972-4283. We'd be more than happy to show you the one that will be available November 1st. We look forward to hearing from you.

Oh, and I hope you are not a full time student, cause otherwise you would not qualify. Thanks!
