Can I say, WTF? First of all, I'm in a PhD program. A real one, which has exams and test and most importantly, books. Are there people out there calling this number and getting PhDs without reading a book? Are there?

Yeah, I called the number and got a PhD without reading a book...and I also got Viagra over the Internet without a perscription. People who follow the rules are suckers.
